You can submit a photo, a quote (your own), a link or a video by clicking on the envelope icon on the home page or visiting stayinginstl.com/submit directly. Use the dropdown menu on the submit page to choose the type of submission. Please add your name to “text” in a photo submission, “source” for a quote, “title” for a link and “caption” for a video.

All submissions are moderated for format and content.
